
Pay Your Water Bill
The link for paying your utility bill has been improved.
You can now create your own account, arrange for e-statements, choose from a one-time payment, and set up a recurring ACH or debit/credit card charges. You will need the account owner’s name and the web id in order to set this up.

The City of provides water, sewer and garbage to the citizens of Filer. The city maintains roads within city limits and provides emergency services including police, fire and quick response units. The City of Filer has the utmost integrity in keeping our residents provided for and protected.

Signing up for new service: Service must be in Property Owner’s. (The bill will only be sent to the owner.) A $100 refundable security deposit is required at time of sign up. This deposit is refundable after 24 consecutive month's history of payments made by the 15th of each month has been established. We require to see closing documents when signing up for service. The minimum bill is $129.18 for up to 10,000 gallons of water used. PSI is contracted to provide trash pick-up. The City will provide the first cart but if customers would like an additional cart, they will need to set that up and pay for it separately.

Utility bills are due by the 15th of the month. (If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday the following business day will be treated as the same.) Any payments paid after the 15th will pay a finance charge of 10% of the water charge.

Online Bill Pay Notice
There are processing fees that will be assessed, which are lower than our previous payment portal. Those fees are: 3.00% for credit card transactions with a $2.50 minimum fee and a flat fee of $1.95 for ACH transactions. These fees also apply to any auto-payments that are made. Please note: there is no additional fee assessed if you call the Paya Support Center.
